A medical online store that needed to optimize its sales strategy and scale its advertising budget while maintaining profitability. The store operates in the highly regulated medical industry, facing challenges related to compliance with FDA, CE, and other regulatory body requirements, as well as reaching the right target audience including medical specialists, healthcare institutions, and patients.

The main challenge was scaling the marketing budget while maintaining or increasing the ROAS value. The medical industry is one of the most regulated, requiring companies to constantly adapt to changing regulations and guidelines. Reaching the right target audience required precisely developed marketing and sales strategies in a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment. The key was to find an approach that would allow for budget growth without reducing campaign effectiveness.

We implemented a comprehensive strategy based on data analysis, conversion funnel optimization, and technology-driven targeting. Starting from an initial budget of approximately 3,000 PLN per month, we successively scaled to 17,000-18,000 PLN per month. Key actions included: A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and CTAs; segmentation adjustment based on results; cost optimization through improving ad quality and landing page conversions; regular ROAS and ROI evaluation; and brand development alongside direct sales campaigns. Over 24 months, we generated 1.54 million PLN in sales from a total investment of 320,000 PLN, achieving an average ROAS of 482%, a 631% increase in bulk order inquiries, and a 76% increase in conversion rate.
