3,339% ROAS for furniture store with 654 PLN monthly budget
A furniture online store that needed to compete effectively in the crowded online furniture market against much larger competitors with significantly greater marketing budgets. The project spanned 11 months and operated with a very limited advertising budget.
The main challenge was competing with industry giants who have almost unlimited resources, while working with a very limited monthly advertising budget. The furniture industry is highly competitive and saturated, with large players dominating the most popular keywords. The key dilemma was how to most effectively use limited resources to bring measurable business benefits and real sales growth.
We developed a strategy focused on value over quantity, opting for niche but highly targeted keywords and phrases rather than fighting for the most popular and expensive terms. The approach centered on: understanding the target market precisely, selecting appropriate ad formats, maximizing profits rather than raw user numbers, continuous optimization, and maintaining ongoing dialogue with the client. Despite maintaining an average monthly cost of just 654 PLN, we generated a total conversion value of 241,000 PLN over 11 months — an average monthly turnover of 21,900 PLN. This resulted in a spectacular average ROAS of 3,339%, meaning every zloty invested in advertising generated 33.4 PLN in turnover.
