840% organic traffic growth for e-commerce on 2,000 PLN budget
An erotic online store operating in a highly competitive and challenging market segment. The site had a very good domain history, a link profile largely comparable to competitors, and approximately 120 existing blog articles and guides providing strong topical coverage.
The project faced three key challenges: censorship and platform policies that could flag or block the site even without explicit violations; extremely intense competition with many sites fighting for the same audience; and exceptional difficulty in acquiring quality backlinks, as many publishers rejected proposals for creating content in the erotic industry. Additionally, 46% of URLs had mixed content issues, and the link profile contained approximately 73 toxic domains that needed to be disavowed.
We implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy on a budget of just 2,000 PLN net per month. In the first month, we focused on technical optimization: refreshing page titles, adding structured data, creating heading hierarchy, improving site structure, removing duplicate categories, reworking approximately 450 product headings and titles, optimizing internal linking, and managing crawl budget. For content, we developed a detailed plan based on competitor analysis, ensuring topical authority. For the link profile, we analyzed and disavowed approximately 73 toxic links (reducing referring domains from 335 to 262), then built the profile through sponsored articles, forums, and directories. The results: 259% growth in keywords, 840% growth in organic traffic, 43% growth in profitability, and monthly traffic increased from 3,275 to 10,405 visits.
