Bank Spoldzielczy — Cooperative bank rebranding across 3 regions
Bank Spoldzielczy we Wschowie (Cooperative Bank in Wschowa) is a locally operating universal bank with seventeen branches and two subsidiaries. The bank’s operations cover the territories of three voivodeships: Greater Poland, Lubusz, and Lower Silesia.
The bank’s growing market position and the development of its banking network created the need to plan and direct potential rebranding. The planned changes were comprehensive — covering not only the brand mark and visual system but also a name change for the bank, which would impact every aspect of the brand’s image.
We conducted comprehensive analytical and strategic rebranding work including: a concept for brand mark evolution, image audit, market environment analysis, rebranding strategy, and brand name concept. This provided the bank with a clear direction for its planned comprehensive rebranding, covering both the visual identity and the organizational name change across all three voivodeships of operation.
