How we increased sales 10x in 4 months
The online store Magrami (magrami.pl), specializing in the sale of perfume dupes, needed an effective advertising strategy to increase sales and grow its business. We started working on a brand new Google Ads account that had no previous conversion data.
The lack of conversion history required a well-thought-out strategy, testing, and real-time optimization. To achieve scalable growth, it was essential to properly configure analytics, implement a well-planned campaign structure, and continuously optimize. The key challenge was increasing sales while maintaining high advertising profitability on a completely new account.
We implemented a multi-stage strategy starting with text campaigns, shopping campaigns, and dynamic remarketing to collect initial user data. After obtaining sufficient conversions, we introduced Performance Max to leverage Google Ads automation and machine learning. Key optimizations included: raising ROAS by 10% every two weeks, segmenting Performance Max campaigns by product categories, eliminating unprofitable products from the product feed, and testing different ad formats. Gradual budget scaling allowed us to increase conversions while minimizing costs. The result was an average ROAS of 1,200% and an average monthly sales value of 30,700 PLN with just 2,500 PLN in monthly ad spend.
