1. Objectives of the adopted privacy policy and use of cookies on the website

1.1. This Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies regulates the rules of personal data processing, collection and use of information about users on the website in the domain www.primeavenuegroup.com (hereinafter referred to as: “Service”). It was created and adopted by Prime Avenue Group. The personal data administrator is Agencja Wrocławska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at: ul. Rybacka 7, 53-656 Wrocław.

The Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Execution of orders and orders implemented by the entity,

Performance of legal obligations incumbent on the entity,

2. Data collected about users on the website, including personal data, how they are used, User’s rights

Automatically collected data are analyzed for statistical purposes, using the standard Google Analytics solution. 2.2.1. To take advantage of the consultation, the User may fill in the contact form once, without the need for prior registration and login, by providing his name, surname, email address, company name, telephone number. The data will be processed for as long as necessary, in any case not longer than until the User objects.

2.2.2. The Service allows you to subscribe to the newsletter by clicking the “order newsletter” option. By subscribing to the newsletter, the User provides data such as: e-mail address. The aforementioned data is used only for the purpose of sending our bulletin or newsletter to the User.

2.3. The User has the right at any time to access the data processed by the Administrator, to request their amendment, and to request their deletion. For this purpose, please submit a request to [email protected]

2.4. The User can unsubscribe from the newsletter or subscription at any time. This can be done independently through the “Unsubscribe from the newsletter” option available in every message sent by the Service within the Newsletter.

The personal data of the User are stored in a database to which technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements specified by the data protection laws, in particular in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”). In the Act of July 18, 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2013.1422 with later amendments), in the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2014.243 with later amendments).

The Service uses technologies and procedures for the protection of personal data, ensuring the proper protection of Users’ privacy. Only persons authorized by the data administrator have access to the database.

5. Changes in privacy policy

Changes to the privacy policy will only be made in order to raise the standards of privacy protection or to adapt the policy to the requirements of the law. Each time, the User will be informed about the change in the information sent to the e-mail address if the User has consented to contact in this way.

6. Rights arising from the GDPR

In accordance with the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation of 27.04.2016, the User has the right to:

– access to their data and receive a copy

Data will not be transferred to a third country or any international organization. According to art. 4 point 4 of the GDPR, data may be profiled.
